Virtucomp Consulting Services confirms that it operates in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

Virtucomp processes personal information solely for the purpose of delivering contracted IT services and does so in accordance with lawful, minimal, and secure processing principles.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, damage, unauthorised access, or unlawful processing. These measures include secure remote access controls, encryption, endpoint protection, firewall security management, access control policies, audit logging, and monitored backup systems.

All Virtucomp personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements and operate under strict least-privilege access principles.

In the event of a suspected or confirmed data breach, Virtucomp will immediately notify the client and cooperate fully in investigation and remediation efforts.

Virtucomp does not retain personal information beyond what is required to fulfil service obligations and will return or securely destroy data upon termination of services.
